I recently got a combo light from Red Light Man. When it arrived, I noticed that one of the brass hooks on the back was bent, but the box itself was in decent condition. I reached out to Joe at Red Light Man, and to my surprise, a replacement was already on its way before I even had a chance to request it (I was at work and shot off an email before heading in). The new unit arrived promptly and in perfect condition.

As for the combo light, it’s just as fantastic as I had hoped. I really dig it. It’s straightforward, powerful, and super convenient. I also have a larger panel, but oddly enough, I find that my combo light outperforms it when it comes to alleviating pain and inflammation. At least, it seems to work quicker and a bit more effectively than my big panel.

In short, the product is awesome, and the customer service is top-notch.

Over the last year and a half, I bought two red/infrared gadgets from RedLightMan. One's a compact model, while the other is a larger body panel combo light.

I got in touch with Joe recently to buy a Red light. He pointed me to the best option for what I needed and even reached out after I mistakenly ordered the wrong one, knowing from our chat. Joe switched the order to send me the correct light and shared plenty of info on the areas I needed it for, like muscle trigger points and skincare. Seriously, the customer service is awesome, the company is solid, and that combo light is fantastic. I'd definitely give them a shout-out.

I urgently required this lamp, so I opted for the priciest shipping option...and sure enough, it made it to my continent, but somehow it ended up with a shipping label from Tennessee, USA, headed to Canada? What a scam?? I’m out my cash and still dealing with the frustration...Absolutely furious...THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Awesome item! I got it primarily to enhance my vision, and just after a week of use, I noticed some minor improvements. I even let my older dog chill in front of it while he naps, and I've seen the glaze in his eyes starting to fade away. I did quite a bit of homework before making this purchase, and I'm really happy I did. Sure, you can find cheaper gadgets on Amazon, but I reckon you'd risk your eyesight with those. You can tell it's a top-notch product the moment you switch it on for the first time. I’ll keep you posted on my progress in a few months.
